We walk with our heads down and cower with fear because we do not know God. What we think about God affects how we think about everything else. If we say we are walking with God we cannot be fearful and lack confidence.
Why does God show us His power through scriptures and in everyday life? He does it so we can trust Him and have faith that amid everyday routine, life challenges and struggles we still worship an ultra powerful God who is able to help up overcome.
Our God is great. He is not liken to anyone and to think that God has ever lost control is foolish. God does not need to seek counsel or direction from anyone. Therefore even in difficult times as with Job when we see who God is, a spiritual reaction is to surrender, repent and deepen our faith in God.
What God do you think about in the mornings? As we investigate God we can answer why do we do the things that we do? When we realize how great God is we will see that He is worth our energy and time. We have more knowledge about God today than before. Do we comprehend God more with all these resources that we have? Is not about if we know God but it is about if we comprehend Him
Looking at people without judgement is easier said than done. How can we have judgement-free relationship with people around us?
We believe in the power of his teaching, of his resurrection, the power of grace and salvation. But we can behave as if we had made deals to soften what we believe in and to underestimate the power in Jesus. Are we writing our Book of Acts of faith, love and togetherness?
