Our God expects reverence and respect from us as we enter his presence and spend time with him. Even though Jesus came and gave us confidence in going before the Lord, we need to continue to have a heart that respects and reveres him.
God administers His grace in different ways and in different time of lives. We can see other people being blessed and we want that too. And we begin complain to about why someone is blessed more that we are.
New year is a time of reflection. We all want want to accomplish new things. However, over 80% of those who make resolutions never follow through on them. Most of them lack the right attitude.
How can we remain a people of God when we are living in a time that opposes the teachings of God? How do we have vision for our mission living in a time as this?
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, DARKNESS was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
Jesus comes looking for you when you are lost. You are important to Jesus. Our role as sheep of God is to rest on the arm of Jesus. The Lord is our shepherd.
Look at your life and see what you’re grateful for. In your conversations with friends do you talk more about problems or things you are grateful for?
Do you put conditions on your happiness? I’d be happy if…The grass is greener where you water it. Where do to your best to improve.
Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.
Having freedom means living with a purpose. It makes no sense to move aimlessly in life. Every good athlete has a purpose to every move he or she makes.
