Ecclesiastes 2:17-24, 4:4-6

Solomon teaches that investing all of yourself into job is meaningless. Although God says we should do our best at work, it should not be our daily focus.

What happens after the job is gone? What would you do?

There’s another part of Ecclesiastes though. It’s about getting satisfaction from work. We need to find the right balance between using our skills and talents to enjoy our work but not make that work our #1 priority and always remain focused on God.
