We can go to church every Sunday, do all the ‘right’ things but have no excitement about being in God’s Kingdom. We leave Sunday services to get into our worldly routine: work, school, kids where there’s little place for God.
Are you praying for the amazing things in your life? God is not limited by any circumstance. It’s important that we believe and pray and God will do great things.
As we grow in our faith several things are important for our spiritual maturity
As disciples we are a new creation, we no longer live for ourselves but for God. If I am willing to be used by God, He will make it happen.
God’s goal is to shape our lives along the same lines as Christ
God doesn’t want us to feel less of ourselves. But He wants us to understand where we can fit in the world with our weaknesses and strengths.
It’s hard to tell whether you’re foolish or wise builder but it starts with asking yourself hard questions, probing yourself on a daily basis.
Regardless of what year, God’s goal for us in transformation. To live transformed lives, to have transformational relationships in the church and to be involved on transforming lives.
Abraham was used as an example of what Faith and deeds look like. Our goal: If someone wants to know what faith and deeds looks like, they can look at our life
Faith gives way beyond what the world has to offer. We may choose to let faith determine our choices or continue to make choices based on sight.
