Jesus With People

As we begin our new series “Jesus and the People,” we are reminded that Jesus is the perfect image of the invisible God. Through His life, love, and sacrifice, He shows us what it means to live in God’s image. Each week, we’ll discover how looking to Jesus transforms our lives and calls us to reflect Him in the world.

We are reminded of the foundation laid in our previous studies on the image of God. From creation to the wilderness, from Abraham to the prophets, God has been pointing us toward His Son.

In Colossians 1:15 we read: “The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.” Jesus is not only our Savior, but the perfect expression of God’s character and love. When we look to Him, we see what it truly means to live in God’s image—full of compassion, boldness, and selfless love.
