Sleep is very important to us physically and mentally and it is one of the greatest gift from God. Eight things that can enhance our brain health.

Sleep is the number one thing we need to do when it comes to brain health. We can change our brain and our thinking and we need sleep to do that.

1 Kings 19:3-6

We can have those days when we feel like we want to die, in those moments we need to look back and remember all the great things that God has done for us.

How do we know that we need sleep?

It is a demonstration of our faith and trust in God. God don’t want us to be afraid despite the many challenges that we may go through in our lives. We have to remember that God is sovereign and he allows things to happen. We need to do our best and let God do the rest.

We need to make every effort to ensure that we are getting rest. Don’t eat before you go to bed. Have some lavender scents doing. Don’t do any electronics two hours before bed.
