Hebrews 10:39

We are called to live by faith as disciples. Sometimes we can lose our passion to the mission that God has given us. When we are drifting away from our faith we do not realize until we have drifted far away. People are wondering if holding on to their faith is worth it. We have to hold on to our faith even if we do not get what we were promised.

Hebrews 11:32-35

These are examples of people who were victorious in their faith .

Hebrews 11:36-40

There were  others who were viciously persecuted, despite what we are going through we are called to be faithful. Our faith should not be based on whether or not we are getting the good end of the deal. There are times when things are not going well in our lives and we are still called to be faithful. We need to examine our faith. Where we are in our faith this morning?

Hebrews 12:1-3

We must not give up we have to live by faith even if things are not going as planned. Our salvation is worth it, we must not give up. Don’t get ourselves in things that pulls us down. Is there a weight on us that is preventing us from running. We can become weary with everything that is happening in our lives and our faith are getting faith weary. Are we running the race with perseverance? It is easy to drift in our faith. Are we living righteously and by faith ? It is okay to struggle in our faith but we should never give up. Do not ask if this is sin but rather how does this benefit us in our walk with God.
