Luke 15: 1-7

Jesus comes looking for you when you are lost. You are important to Jesus. Our role as sheep of God is to rest on the arm of Jesus. The Lord is our shepherd.

Repentance is about changing out minds. John 1:17 Grace came through Jesus Christ.

We have grace and are no longer under law. We need to be yoked to Jesus and let God do the work instead of relying on our own strength. We can rest knowing we have been freed and that we walk with God daily.

The devil is a roaring lion. He wants to scare us but we can rest peacefully knowing God is our shepherd.

John 7:37

God fills our needs. We must drink in God’s love for us with the holy spirit. We must drink in God’s peace.

Acts 12:1-7

Peter was sleeping peacefully despite his circumstances. He had peace.

Faith is learning to take from God.

Jesus, who was without sin, became sin for us so that we may be free from sin. Jesus overcame our sin on the cross for us. There is now no condemnation for sin. We are holy and righteous as followers of Christ. The spirit of God is in us.

1 John 17.

Our identity is in Jesus. Accepting God’s gift of freedom is what helps us overcome the sin in our lives and change. Our conscious will be clear abby accepting life with Jesus through baptism. We do not need to have fear of death. Instead of fear, we can be excited knowing that one day we will be in heaven.

God works things out for good. We are under a new covenant. Think about how much God loves you.
